WHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM GETS IN THE WAY OF IMPLANTATION
Mannat Oberoi
Grade 12 IBDP student at The Shri Ram School, Moulsari
About the author: I have a strong academic focus on biochemistry and an interest in exploring the real-world impact of biomedical sciences. I’m particularly drawn to issues in women’s health and medicine, and I’ve been working on projects that combine research with storytelling to make these topics more accessible. Outside of the lab and classroom, I turn to art as a creative outlet, and music helps me unwind and reset. I like finding overlap between what I study and what I create—sometimes intentionally, sometimes without even realizing it.
